Return & Refund Policy

Food & Perishable Products (Teas & Botanicals) Due to the nature of our teas and botanical products, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on these items. As perishable goods, they are exempt from the EU 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU).

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with a photo of the item and your order number. We'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

Custom & Personalized Orders Items that have been personalized or custom-made to your specifications cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period under EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU). This includes any spell kits or products made to order with custom ingredients, intentions, or personalization.

If your custom order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your contact email] with your order number and photos. We'll do our best to resolve it promptly.

Non-Perishable Products For non-perishable items, you have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, no reason needed. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty.
