Shipping policy

Processing Time All orders are handcrafted and prepared with care. Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed and packed before it is dispatched.

Shipping within the Netherlands Domestic orders are shipped via PostNL and typically arrive within 1–3 business days after dispatch.

Shipping within the EU We ship to all EU countries. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location. Standard shipping is €9.00, with economy options available at €12.95. Free shipping is available on qualifying orders.

International Shipping At this time, we primarily serve customers within the Netherlands and the European Union. If you are located outside the EU, please contact us before placing an order to discuss shipping options.

Holiday & Shop Closures From time to time, Aspens Atelier may close temporarily for holidays or planned breaks. During these periods, no orders will be fulfilled until we return. Any upcoming closures will be announced in advance on our shop, so you'll always know before you order. Orders placed during a closure will be processed as soon as we're back — thank you for your patience and understanding!

Customs & Import Duties For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our shipping rates.

Lost or Delayed Orders If your order hasn't arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at hello@aspensatelier.com with your order number and we'll look into it right away.

Undeliverable Packages If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts, we will contact you to arrange reshipment. Additional shipping costs may apply.
